Therefore, wherever you see claims that all you need to do to lose 30 pounds in a month is eat this berry, it’s a lie.
ii. The other truth about acai berry supplements I will really want to point out is that NOT all supplements that lay claims to the fruit actually work as touted. Many of them are actually made up of fillers like caffeine that might actually do you little or no good. Therefore, make sure you know what the hallmarks of a genuine product are.
